Who is Reed Kellough?

I'm a luxury real estate agent with Douglas Elliman and the Eklund|Gomes Team — the #1 team in the country. I have 14 years of experience and specialize in South Florida's waterfront markets: Boca Raton, Lighthouse Point, Deerfield Beach, Pompano Beach, and surrounding coastal communities. I live in Lighthouse Point with my family.

Do you work with buyers, sellers, or both?

Both. I represent sellers listing luxury and waterfront homes, and I represent buyers — including relocating buyers and off-market seekers — across South Florida. I also specialize in transitional sales: probate, estate, and complex situations where discretion and problem-solving matter.

What areas do you serve?

Boca Raton, Lighthouse Point, Deerfield Beach, Pompano Beach, Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, Delray Beach, Hillsboro Beach, and Fort Lauderdale. Most of my business is within 20 minutes of my home in Lighthouse Point.

For sellers, commission is negotiable and agreed up front with complete transparency — no hidden fees. For buyers, my compensation typically comes from the seller's side at closing, which means my guidance costs you nothing out of pocket in most transactions.

Can you help me relocate to South Florida?

Yes — relocation is a core part of my practice. I work with buyers moving from New York, Chicago, DC, Atlanta, and Miami. I start with video walkthroughs of neighborhoods, arrange focused showing weekends, and connect you with trusted local lenders, inspectors, and insurance agents. I also publish neighborhood guides for every area I serve to help you compare before you visit.
